Accessibility statement

Last updated: 13 October 2026

We want MightyHoliday to work well for everyone planning a trip, including people with disabilities. This page explains what we have done on the site, what is not perfect yet, and how to reach us.

Accessibility level

The site is built to the Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG guidelines at level AA, and we keep improving it. The accessibility was reviewed by us, not by an external accessibility auditor.

What we have done

Colour contrast at level AA for every text and background pair, in the light and the dark theme, checked automatically with every design change.

The site can be used with a keyboard alone: every button and link gets a visible focus outline, and pop-up windows close with Esc.

Images have alternative text, and icon-only buttons have a name that screen readers read. Live updates (chat replies, notices) are announced to screen readers.

The site is in Hebrew and English, with the right text direction for each. You can zoom to 200% without losing content.

If your operating system is set to reduce motion, the site shows no animations. On phones, tap targets are at least 44 pixels.

The site has an accessibility button (by UserWay) for larger text, stronger contrast, highlighted links and a readable font.

What is not perfect yet

The map (Google Maps) is not fully accessible to screen readers. Everything on it is also in the itinerary list, which is.

Booking buttons lead to partner sites (such as Booking.com, Google Flights and Viator). Their accessibility is their responsibility and not in our control.

The planner's replies are written by AI, and sometimes they are long or include a place name in another language. Place photos come from Google, and not all of them have a detailed description.

If you run into a problem that is not listed here, we would like to hear about it and fix it.

Contact about accessibility
