What to write about
An itinerary that came out wrong, a place that is closed or does not exist, a wrong photo, a broken booking link, a link that looks misleading to you, press questions and commercial partnerships.
If it is about an itinerary, include its share link. It saves a round of questions.
Privacy requests
You can delete your whole account yourself, on your account page. To see or correct your data, revoke a share link, or delete if the button does not work, write to the same address. For a signed-in account tell us the email address you signed in with; for an anonymous account include a share link to one of its trips. We will answer within 30 days. The details are in the privacy policy.
What we cannot do
We have no access to bookings you made with outside suppliers, and we cannot cancel, change or refund them.
To change or cancel a booking, contact the supplier you booked with, such as Booking.com, Viator or the airline.
