What the service does

MightyHoliday is an AI trip planner. You describe a trip, and Mighty builds a day-by-day itinerary: places, suggested times, a map, opening hours, flight, stay and tour search results, and links to book with outside suppliers.

It is a planning and information tool only. We are not a travel agency or tour operator, we do not sell flights, stays, tickets, insurance or any other service, we do not make bookings on your behalf, and we are not a party to any transaction you make with another supplier.

Who can use it

The service is meant for people aged 18 and over. People aged 16 and 17 may use it only with a parent's or guardian's permission. It is not meant for children under 16.

If you give details about people travelling with you (for example the number of children and their ages), you confirm you are allowed to share them to plan the trip.

The content is AI generated and can be wrong

Itineraries, recommendations, opening hours, travel times, prices, availability, weather forecasts, review summaries and translations are generated automatically or come from third parties, and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. A place may be closed, full or no longer exist.

None of it is professional advice. It does not replace checking visa and entry requirements, passports, vaccinations and health, insurance, or travel and safety advisories. Check those with the official sources.

Before you book, travel or pay, check the details with the venue's official site or the supplier. Decisions about your trip are your responsibility.

Prices and bookings with outside suppliers

Prices shown here are estimates from third parties at a given moment. They can change, and sometimes do not include taxes, fees, baggage or extras. Currency conversions use an approximate rate.

Booking buttons take you to third parties such as Booking.com, Google Flights, Viator, Tiqets, car rental companies and airlines. The final price, terms, cancellation, payment and refund policies are the supplier's, and the booking is an agreement between you and them. Any problem with a booking is handled with them.

We never process payments or store card details, and we have no access to bookings you make. We cannot cancel, change or refund them.

Other services

Links for eSIMs, car rental, transfers and similar services lead to the providers themselves. We do not compare every offer on the market and are not responsible for the service the provider gives. Read the service terms before you buy, and check that they suit you.

Affiliate commissions

Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission on a booking made through them. Each such link is marked "Affiliate link". The commission is paid by the supplier and is not added to your price. Full detail, including who we work with, is on the affiliate disclosure page.

Your account

You can use an anonymous account or sign in with Google or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and password safe. If you suspect unauthorised use, write to us.

On an anonymous account your trips are tied to the browser. Clearing your browser data without signing in first may mean you cannot get back to them.

You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time, on your account page. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.

Your content

The messages, files, links and photos you add remain yours. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store them, process them and pass them to the providers described in the privacy policy (such as the AI providers), as needed to provide the service to you, and to show the itinerary on share and calendar pages you create. The permission ends when the content is deleted, except for what you have already shared.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it contains nothing unlawful, abusive or infringing. Do not upload other people's personal data without their permission, and do not upload sensitive documents. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

When you forward us a booking confirmation by email (to trips@mightyholiday.com) or upload one, forward only confirmations that are yours or that you are allowed to share, including the details of the people travelling with you.

A share link makes the itinerary public to anyone who has the link. You are responsible for who you send it to.

Our content and other people's

You may use, print and share the itineraries Mighty writes for you to plan your trips. The site, the app, the design, the code and the brand are ours.

Third-party content, such as maps, photos, ratings and reviews from Google, Viator content, weather data and social media videos, belongs to its owners and is shown under their terms.

The map features on the site use Google Maps. By using them you agree to Google's Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps.html).

Fair use

You may use the service to plan trips, personal or business, including sharing a link to an itinerary you created.

You may not: try to disrupt the service or get around its security, scrape it or extract data from it automatically, get around usage limits or create accounts to do so, use it for anything unlawful or to generate abusive content, impersonate someone else, or use share links to spread content that is not trip planning.

You also may not: reverse engineer the service or try to extract the code, instructions or models behind it, use the service or its output to build a competing service or to train an AI model, or sell or commercially republish itineraries and content from the service.

Availability, limits and changes

The service is currently free, with daily usage limits. We may change, limit or discontinue parts of it, and change the limits, at any time.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these terms or harms the service, and in that case also delete the account and the data in it. Deleting your account ends this agreement. Clauses that by their nature continue after the agreement ends (including limitation of liability, indemnity, law and jurisdiction, and rights in content) keep applying.

We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our control, such as an outage at an AI, maps, hosting or other provider, a network failure, war, a state of emergency or a natural disaster.

No warranty

The service and the information in it are provided "as is" and "as available", with no promise of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or enjoyment, or for any loss, cancellation or expense caused by relying on information in the service, by the acts or omissions of outside suppliers, or by a booking you made with them.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the service will not exceed NIS 100.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or rights that consumer protection law gives you.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law and a third party brings a claim against us because of it, you will bear the damage and reasonable costs this causes us, to the extent the law allows.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not take away the right to bring a claim in a small claims court that has jurisdiction under the law.

If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protections that the consumer laws of your country give you and that cannot be waived, and the right to bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new update date. Material changes will also be announced on the site and by email to signed-in accounts, at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the change is required by law or is in your favour. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new version. A change does not apply to a dispute that started before it.

General

These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a clause is found invalid, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a clause is not a waiver of it.

We may transfer this agreement and the service to another party, for example in a merger or sale of the company or the service, as long as your rights under these terms are not reduced. You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else.

You agree to receive notices about the service and these terms by email to the address on your account or by a notice on the site, and such notices count as written notices.

Reminders about a trip you didn't finish: if you signed in, started planning a trip and stopped before the full plan, we send one reminder about that trip to the email address on your account, with a link back to it, and at most one reminder every three days. You can stop them any time: with the switch on your account page, or with the stop link in every such email.

We may use ideas, suggestions and bug reports you send us to improve the service, with no obligation or payment, and without naming you publicly.

Content in the service that you believe infringes copyright or another right (for example on a public share page)? Write to hello@mightyholiday.com with the link and an explanation, and we will review it and remove infringing content.

These terms are written in Hebrew and English and are meant to say the same thing. If they conflict, the Hebrew version prevails, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
